Baseline emissions are the reference point against which future emissions reductions will be measured. Baseline Year: 2024 Baseline Emissions (tCO₂e): Scope 1: 0 tCO₂e (No direct emissions from owned or controlled sources). Scope 2: Minimal emissions from electricity usage for office equipment (e.g., computer, lighting). Scope 3: Negligible emissions from business activities due to a lack of travel or high-impact supply chains. Total baseline emissions: Estimated at <0.5 tCO₂e annually, given the low-energy operations of the business. Scope 2: Electricity emissions calculated based on minimal energy usage (computer and occasional lighting/heating). To further reduce our already minimal carbon footprint, GH Data Dynamics has set the following targets: Maintain Scope 1 emissions at 0 tCO₂e. Reduce Scope 2 emissions by switching to renewable electricity sources by 2025. Continue to implement energy-saving practices, such as restricting unnecessary computer use and optimising heating and lighting usage.

GH Data Dynamics is committed to implementing the following measures to achieve emissions reductions: Efficient Energy Use: Ensuring that computers and other equipment are turned off when not in use and optimising the use of heating and lighting only when necessary. Renewable Energy: Exploring options to switch to renewable electricity suppliers by 2025 to minimise Scope 2 emissions further. Remote Work: Continuing to operate digitally, eliminating the need for commuting or office-related emissions. Minimal Waste: Maintaining a paperless operation and avoiding unnecessary waste production.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been prepared in accordance with the UK Government’s Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21 and reflects GH Data Dynamics’ ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability.
