Data Entry and Admin Services

Consultation Policy

We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your business needs and explore how our services can benefit you. Consultations can be scheduled by contacting our team directly. We aim to provide valuable insights and guidance during these sessions to help you make informed decisions about our services.

Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of client information seriously. Any information shared with us during the course of our services will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. Rest assured that your sensitive information is safe and secure with us.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel our services at any time; however, please note that our services are contracted for a specified length of time, as outlined in the contract. In the event of cancellation, clients are obligated to pay a cancellation fee equal to half of the remaining contract price. This fee can be paid in monthly installments, as specified in the contract agreement. Additionally, clients may be eligible for a refund if requested before the second week of billed service begins. or 2 weeks after Quote and intitial invoice has been sent to client, as we start our service work preperations from that point. After this period, refunds will not be issued. We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns you may have regarding cancellation or refunds.

Clients may outsource their data entry, administrative tasks, and bookkeeping needs to Geek House Data Dynamics. Our team is dedicated to providing accurate, efficient, and confidential services to meet the unique needs of each client. Clients can expect timely completion of tasks, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices in data management and record-keeping. All client data and information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and security, in compliance with relevant privacy regulations. Clients will have access to a dedicated account manager or point of contact to facilitate communication and ensure smooth coordination of services. Our goal is to streamline processes, alleviate administrative burdens, and help clients focus on their core business activities. Clients are encouraged to provide clear instructions, preferences, and deadlines for tasks to be completed, allowing us to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
