Scheduling and Reminders Service

Consultation Policy

We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your business needs and explore how our services can benefit you. Consultations can be scheduled by contacting our team directly. We aim to provide valuable insights and guidance during these sessions to help you make informed decisions about our services.

Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of client information seriously. Any information shared with us during the course of our services will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. Rest assured that your sensitive information is safe and secure with us.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel our services at any time; however, please note that our services are contracted for a specified length of time, as outlined in the contract. In the event of cancellation, clients are obligated to pay a cancellation fee equal to half of the remaining contract price. This fee can be paid in monthly installments, as specified in the contract agreement. Additionally, clients may be eligible for a refund if requested before the second week of billed service begins. or 2 weeks after Quote and intitial invoice has been sent to client, as we start our service work preperations from that point. After this period, refunds will not be issued. We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns you may have regarding cancellation or refunds.

Safety and Record

The safety and well-being of our team members and clients are of utmost importance to us. Any threats or instances of sexual assault towards our team members or clients will result in immediate termination of the contract, with the contract payment still in force. Additionally, for the safety and security of all parties involved, our video sessions may be recorded. These recordings are strictly confidential and will only be used for internal purposes, such as quality assurance and training. Recordings will be deleted after all contracts with the client have ended and one year has passed, in compliance with privacy regulations.

Reminders Policy

Clients utilizing our Scheduling and Reminders Service understand and agree that our team may persistently remind them of upcoming deadlines, tasks, or appointments until a sign of acknowledgement is received. This proactive approach is designed to ensure that clients remain informed and prepared for important events or commitments, ultimately benefiting their productivity and time management. While our reminders are intended to be helpful, clients are expected to communicate any preferences or adjustments to the frequency or method of reminders if necessary. Clients are encouraged to respond promptly to our reminders or acknowledge receipt of the message to indicate their awareness of the information provided. Any concerns or feedback regarding the scheduling and reminders process should be communicated to our team for prompt resolution. Clients are reminded that our team is committed to their success and well-being, and our reminders are delivered with the sole intention of supporting their goals and priorities.
