Contracts

Consultation Policy

We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your business needs and explore how our services can benefit you. Consultations can be scheduled by contacting our team directly. We aim to provide valuable insights and guidance during these sessions to help you make informed decisions about our services.

Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of client information seriously. Any information shared with us during the course of our services will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. Rest assured that your sensitive information is safe and secure with us.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel our services at any time; however, please note that our services are contracted for a specified length of time, as outlined in the contract. In the event of cancellation, clients are obligated to pay a cancellation fee equal to half of the remaining contract price. This fee can be paid in monthly installments, as specified in the contract agreement. Additionally, clients may be eligible for a refund if requested before the second week of billed service begins. or 2 weeks after Quote and intitial invoice has been sent to client, as we start our service work preperations from that point. After this period, refunds will not be issued. We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns you may have regarding cancellation or refunds.

Safety and Record

The safety and well-being of our team members and clients are of utmost importance to us. Any threats or instances of sexual assault towards our team members or clients will result in immediate termination of the contract, with the contract payment still in force. Additionally, for the safety and security of all parties involved, our video sessions may be recorded. These recordings are strictly confidential and will only be used for internal purposes, such as quality assurance and training. Recordings will be deleted after all contracts with the client have ended and one year has passed, in compliance with privacy regulations.

Contract Evolution

Clients have the option to upgrade or evolve their contract to include additional services beyond the initial agreement. After completing the Business Development course, clients may be eligible for discounted rates on additional services such as Admin, Data Entry, Schedules and Reminders, and Training. The specific discounts will be outlined in the contract agreement. We will make one attempt to upsell additional services to clients during the period of the contract. Subsequently, other services may be mentioned in conversation for anecdotes or as a note, but there will be no further upselling attempts. Requests for contract evolution should be submitted in writing through email, detailing the desired changes and additional services required. Upon receipt of the request, we will review the client's needs and provide a revised contract proposal outlining the updated services and associated costs. Contract evolution will be subject to mutual agreement between both parties and may require adjustments to the terms and conditions of the original contract. Once the revised contract is accepted and signed by both parties, the new services will be incorporated into the existing agreement, and billing will be adjusted accordingly.
