Service Description
Starter Package Best for businesses who already have a basic idea of their pricing structure and just need support refining it. This includes research into competitors, target audience, and helping you format tiered pricing, offers, or one-off service structures. 2 sessions total, £25 per week for 2 weeks. Additional sessions: £20 each. Standard Package Perfect if you’ve got a rough pricing plan in mind but want to talk through ideas, test them, and get support building a full pricing model. You’ll get research support, competitor breakdowns, pricing tier suggestions, and customer journey integration. 4 sessions total, £20 per week for 4 weeks. Additional sessions: £20 each. Pro Package Ideal for businesses starting from scratch or looking to restructure completely. This package gives you the space to explore different pricing strategies (hourly, project, value-based, etc.), create flexible models, offers, or subscription setups — all backed by market research and branding alignment. 10 sessions total, £18 per week for 10 weeks. Additional sessions: £20 each. Or, pay upfront: £135 for 10 sessions to use anytime within 3 months. To apply the payment plan click "Book Now". Cancellation Policy
📅 Cancellation of Booking Policy You may cancel your session up to 4 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 4 hours be refunded 90%. If a cancellation or no show is made an or less before the session you will be refunded 25% of the session cost. No-shows are not accepted. If you miss your session without notice, you will be charged the full fee, and if you wish to book another, it will need to be paid in full. If your service or payment plan is cancelled in error, please contact GHD2 as soon as possible. We can set up a new invoice at the same rate to resume your plan. 💸 Refund Policy Free Trials (when available) are intended to help you decide if the service suits your needs. If you’re unsure whether you’ll benefit, we highly recommend booking a free consultation first. If you begin a service on a payment plan and choose to cancel, you will only be refunded for the portion not yet worked on. Any completed work is non-refundable. If you cancel at the end of a service plan, only a minor refund (less than £20) may be issued, as the full service will have been delivered. Deliverables will not be released until full payment has been made, regardless of the payment method or schedule. 🎁 Free Trials and Consultations Free trials are available to help you get the ball rolling—they give you an opportunity to explore the service.
