Business Development Service
Consultation Policy
We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your business needs and explore how our services can benefit you. Consultations can be scheduled by contacting our team directly. We aim to provide valuable insights and guidance during these sessions to help you make informed decisions about our services.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel our services at any time; however, please note that our services are contracted for a specified length of time, as outlined in the contract. In the event of cancellation, clients will only be issued a refund of work not yet complete. (If you are invoiced for a job that will take 2 weeks and you cancel after 1 week, you may receive up to half of the refund, along with any work created). If you are not happy with the services and wish to get a refund, a refund will not be given but we will work with you to fix any issues you see in the work provided.
Confidentiality Policy
Confidentiality PolicyWe take the confidentiality of client information seriously. Any information shared with us during the course of our services will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. Rest assured that your sensitive information is safe and secure with us.
Safety and Record
The safety and well-being of our team members and clients are of utmost importance to us. Any threats or instances of sexual assault towards our team members or clients will result in immediate termination of the contract, with the contract payment still in force. Additionally, for the safety and security of all parties involved, our video sessions may be recorded. These recordings are strictly confidential and will only be used for internal purposes, such as quality assurance and training. Recordings will be deleted after all contracts with the client have ended and one year has passed, in compliance with privacy regulations.
Business Development
Clients engaging in our Business Development Service understand and agree that charges for pre-trading services will continue until the client wishes to cancel the contract, regardless of whether the business begins trading within the expected timeframe.
Invoicing
Clients have the option to receive invoices on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on their preference.
At the end of the contract term, clients will receive a final invoice with an itemized bill detailing all charges incurred throughout the duration of the contract. This includes a breakdown of all services provided, payments made, and any outstanding balances.
Clients are encouraged to review the final invoice carefully and communicate any discrepancies or concerns to our team for resolution.
Our team is committed to transparency and providing clients with a clear understanding of all charges and services rendered throughout the duration of the Business Development Service.
